Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items where only Standard shipping is chosen. This is the postage price existing on each item. If you wish to have an insured/signed for shipping, please choose this at checkout time or leave a note during checkout and I will invoice the buyer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me directly to make arrangements for exchange or return/refund.

In the case of a refund, the price of the item will be refunded if returned as explained below. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

  • I will accept your return in its original condition and packaging if I am contacted within 3 days of you receiving your purchase and the item is returned within 3 days of that contact date (postmarked).
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and these are not refundable by the seller.

If you have not received your purchase:

  • United States has increased their security at all ports. Customs can and have been holding packages for up to 3 weeks! If you are in the U.S. and your package has yet to arrive, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. After this time, please contact me directly to arrange a refund/replacement.
  • All other countries outside of the EU, please also allow 4 weeks. After this time, please do not hesitate to contact me directly to arrange a refund/replacement.

I aim to please. If you are not happy, I am not happy. Let’s work together so there is no need for claims through Paypal. Email me.
